A private cohort is priced per manager: £1,500 for each of the first ten, with a minimum of five managers, then £1,250 for each manager from the eleventh to the twentieth, up to a maximum of 20. There is no point at which adding a manager makes the total less predictable, and no band where the price per person jumps or falls awkwardly at the edge.
| Managers | Price Each |
|---|---|
| First 10 (minimum 5) | £1,500 |
| Managers 11–20 | £1,250 |
This pricing is for a single cohort of 5 to 20 managers. Above 20, we run a second cohort. If you're looking to cover multiple cohorts or an ongoing annual intake, get in touch and we'll scope that together.
Here's what that looks like in practice, with the effective cost per manager falling as the cohort grows.
| Managers | Total | Per Manager |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | £7,500 | £1,500 |
| 10 | £15,000 | £1,500 |
| 15 | £21,250 | £1,417 |
| 20 | £27,500 | £1,375 |
Pricing is fixed by cohort size, so every organisation pays on the same basis. The value of scale is already built into the formula — the more managers in a cohort, the lower the cost per manager, automatically, rather than through negotiation.
Tell me about your managers, and we'll work out where your cohort sits on the scale.
