If any manager completes the Sales to Leader Transition Programme™ in full and their Transition Assessment shows no measurable improvement, Sales to Leader will run one additional 60-minute group coaching session for everyone in that position within the same cohort, at no extra cost, followed by one further reassessment for each of them.
This guarantee applies to the development evidence the programme measures. It is not a guarantee of any sales, revenue, retention or other business outcome.
To be eligible, a manager must:
- Attend all live sessions in their cohort's schedule — the Week 1 and Week 12 Transition Team sessions and all Group Workshops
- Complete the structured workplace activities between sessions
- Complete the Transition Assessment in full, both before Week 1 and before Week 12
A manager who misses a live session may still qualify at Sales to Leader's discretion, where the missed session did not materially affect their participation — for example, illness with the material covered separately. Missing more than one live session, or not completing the workplace activities, puts the guarantee outside scope.
Measurable improvement means an increase in the manager's combined score across the four Transition Assessment dimensions — Mindset, People, Decision Making and Team Ownership — between their first and second Assessment. Eligibility for the guarantee is based on this before-and-after score, provided the manager has completed the programme in full as set out above.
Alongside the Assessment, Sales to Leader also reviews the behavioural and reflective evidence gathered through the programme — including whether the manager completed the Week 6 performance conversation and the Week 10 accountability structure. This evidence is used to understand the nature of a manager's change and to shape the additional coaching session where one is run; it does not change whether a claim is eligible.
- The manager leaves their sales management role, or leaves the organisation, before completing the programme
- The organisation cancels, postpones or materially changes the cohort's schedule before the manager completes the programme
- The manager does not complete both Assessments within the programme's 90-day window
- The organisation's account is not in good standing — for example, outstanding fees on the cohort
- The manager has previously received the additional coaching and reassessment under this guarantee for the same cohort
Your senior sponsor can raise a claim within 30 days of receiving the Close-Out report, by emailing hello@salestoleader.com with the manager's name and cohort. Sales to Leader will confirm eligibility within 10 working days.
Individual Transition Assessment scores are not shared with your senior sponsor by default; cohort-level reporting is the standard. By taking part in the programme, each manager consents that if a guarantee claim is raised on their behalf, their individual before-and-after Assessment scores may be disclosed to their senior sponsor and used by Sales to Leader solely to determine and resolve that claim.
Where one or more claims from the same cohort are eligible, Sales to Leader will run one additional 60-minute group coaching session, delivered online, within 60 days of the first claim being confirmed, covering every manager from that cohort with an eligible claim — followed by one further Transition Assessment for each of them.
This is the full extent of the guarantee. It does not include a refund, a repeat of the full programme, a private 1:1 session, or further sessions beyond the one group session described above, and it does not guarantee a particular result on the further reassessment.
This guarantee applies to the Sales to Leader Transition Programme™ only, and to cohorts starting after these terms were published. It does not apply to Sales to Leader Foundations or Sales to Leader Coaching. Sales to Leader may update these terms for future cohorts; the terms in place when a cohort begins are the terms that apply to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
